RETURN TIME Information:
BOAT MUST BE BACK BY SCHEDULE END TIME! If the boat is turned in LATE, a $100 LATE FEE will be applied.
FUEL:
If boat is returned on EMPTY, a $50 REFUEL CHARGE plus the reimbursement for the fuel shall be applied.
BOAT DELIVERY:
The DELIVERY FEE starts at $100. Location of delivery address must be pre-approved.
CLEANLINESS:
If the boat is excessively dirty, a $100 CLEANING charge will be applied.
NO BEACHING OF THE BOAT:
If there is evidence of the boat being beached "boat is laid ashore or grounded deliberately in shallow water meaning on the sand and/or side of an island", there will be a $500 (minimum) BEACHED FEE applied. *Beaching a boat can damage the hull, which can be expensive to repair and leads to sinking of the boat.
NO PETS:
Pets are NOT ALLOWED. If there is evidence of a pet on the boat, a $500 violation fee will be imposed.
NO SMOKING:
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED. Vapes are ok.
BOAT PICK UP INFORMATION:
Renters can pick up the boat at Pinnacle Public Access Area…1520 NC-150, Mooresville, NC 28117. Across from Apps & Taps. You will be meeting with a Ship Faced Team Member.

Boat must be stored safely at a pre-approved dock from Sunset to Sunrise each day. Insurance will not cover the boat during these hours.
8 HOUR RENTALS are ONLY for Multi-Day bookings...not for same day returns.
Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
NOTE: NC boaters are required to complete the FREE Boating Safety Education Law course if born on or after Jan. 1, 1988 in order to operate a vessel on public waterways.
